Defining slimness
through the decades depends on
perceptional chance.
Good use of the prompts. And so true! I remember those sewing patterns, and the huge heavy drawers they came in!

That was when it was cheaper to sew your own dress than to purchase one in the store. By the 1980’s a dress was cheaper than buying the material to make it.
