Follow your dreams, once I was told,
in doing, I learned how to be
a soul endowed with dignity;                                                                                                                                               In youth, middle-age, and in old.

I watched the flower bud unfold,
to become at my peak a rose,
and when the pedals had to close,
an important lesson l learned.
People with minds as mine discerned
if we choose life, our beauty grows.
