The answer to a question about my #cats
Hi, greg-in-washington!
You asked for a picture of Coon Cat and Other Brother Coon Cat together.
What a great post for a Friday!
To give you an idea of perspective, OBCC’s tail is 12 inches long.
In Florida, there is no such thing as “winter colors,” and flip-flops are acceptable footwear year round. This is OBCC guarding mom in her winter ensemble.
And here are CC and OBCC on their half of my desk. It is 25 inches by 26 inches and they are hanging off the edges.

Let me know if I’ve answered your question. 🙂
Thanks everyone for waiting for me to wake up. It is still early here on the left coast. Caffeine–where is it! I went back to read my comment on the previous post. I wanted to compare “Whisker lengths” between the two cats, but did I say that specifically? NO! I shan’t be an aẞ about it. It was my mistake. Then again, if you get writer’s block, there you go! Whisker comparisons.
Large body comparisons are a good choice for a Friday post! They are large! It is nice they get along so well with each other, or at least in the photos they look like they do. Coon males seem to bond to each other I have had some very large cats in the past who were 20 pounders but they passed years back. I don’t think mine are going to get any larger than they are now, unless I stuff them with goose everyday! I am not likely to get another cat either: I am at my cat limit. I appreciate the effort on this post.
Socks with flip flops? I should probably stay out of fashion reporting as well. It suspiciously looks like you have hooves instead of feet. You might want to clear that up, but there is nothing wrong with hooves. Have a good weekend in the Florida lands. I visited in the 50’s thru the 80’s but I am not likely to travel there again.

Some people might say that I once had the horns to go along with those hooves. Horses have hooves so if I have to be compared to any other animal besides the dreaded human, I’ll stand along the stately horse any day. 🙂
The difference between Florida in the 1950’s and 1980’s was astounding enough, but now most of South Florida is one city with the exception of the everglades. North Florida is a lot prettier. 🙂
