Yesterday
Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away.
The Beatles had it right.
Drove 1 1/2 hours to a doctor’s appointment in St. Augustine, Florida in a 2004 Cadillac Deville that was given to me by a mechanic who is a friend of my better half.
It looks sort of like this, only it has more dents.
I haven’t felt that free in YEARS. The weather was perfect, my lab results were perfect…
And Arby’s had 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches.
I now have lunch for the next 3 days.
Life can’t get any better than that.
I’d send you a picture, but…
- my camera stopped working and
- I can’t get pictures to transfer to my email so that I can make a copy of them to post.

My doctor’s office is 2 miles west of the Atlantic ocean.
Yesterday, I loved driving to St. Augustine. The sky had enough clouds to cut the sunshine, and the traffic was reasonable.
Today, I have 5 reports to do. Two of them will take over an hour to complete.
How I long for yesterday.
We have been to St Augustine in 2017 we landed in Miami travelled staying a few days each at Fort Lauderdale, then CoCo Beach , the Cape Canaveral, St Augustine where we spent a few extra days with friends who lived at the time in St. Cloud. Then we went to Jacksonville then up to Orlando to fly home to the UK. That was an interesting holiday really like Spain on speed but we had fun 💜.

Glad you enjoyed being in (most of the time) Sunny Florida. St. Augustine is a beautiful area.

He is the best endocrinologist EVER. We’ve tried different thyroid meds, and the one that works the best is all natural compounded by a pharmacist. Expensive, but I like having a body that moves well and has very little pain. 🙂
