Cats come in all different sizes and attitudes. My coon cat is near me and sleeping on the desk. He wants to be loved, petted, and he likes to snuggle on my lap in the winter. My black cat comes in to eat and — when it’s cold — to sleep. He will endure being petted but doesn’t seem to like us as anything more than his food servants.
