NaNoWri(some)Mo : Year 5

Yes, I wrote another book for NaNoWriMo.

I’m hoping my cover will look something like this…

…with the photoshop of a space ship somewhere on the cover.

I know nothing about photoshop, so it’s not going to happen if I have to do it.

As usual, my new book has a #SciFiRomance flavor to it.

Before you think that I’m writing about love to make up for the lost days of romance, I had a very nice tumble in bed with my better half last week.

That’s where yoga comes in handy.

I thought you might like to know that “I do not go gentle into that good night” (my apologies to Dylan Thomas 1914-1953).

Yes, I hug my family — on occasion.  It’s true that I don’t like to be touched.  It’s also true there are caveats:

  • I don’t like to be touched by strangers,
  • I don’t like the sudden feeling of a hand anywhere on my body, and
  • My better half isn’t much of a toucher, either, so it’s all good.

We touch the dogs a lot, but our critters have a special talent. Rarely do I hug a human who can do what a dog does naturally:  Eminate love.

I know, you’d rather listen to me drone on about my books.

This is my 5th year participating in the mass writing exercise, enjoyed by writers around the world, called National Novel Writing Month.

I wrote the first draft of my latest published book for NaNoWriMo during the month of November 2015:  Immortal Sands.

If you’re doing NaNoWriMo this year, look up Floridaborne.
