A reminder that it’s hurricane season and anyone who isn’t used to living in Florida during this time needs to vacation until October, when Late Spring begins.
COVID-19 cannot ravage Florida as badly as a CAT 4 hurricane.
The fight for bottled water will be fierce — although people who grew up in Florida, and those with a brain, already have a 55 gallon drum of it somewhere in on their property.
and last,Β as a reminder that aliens will not be coming to our aid…

I don’t know if South Africa has them, but at least we don’t get huge earthquakes in Florida.

We only get the odd earth tremor here. Johannesburg doesn’t have much in the way of natural hazards.

It sounds like it would be a great place to live. Like everyplace else, politics can get in the way of a beautiful place to live. All around the world, it seems that people are the worst hazards to each other. π
