Senseless Saturday Sarcasm : Tired
I was going to sleep in today — and still might.
Sleeping from 12:30 to 5:30 in the morning is great for a few people, but not for someone needing 8 hours of sleep.
My 2nd husband slept from 1:30 in the morning until 6:30. Yes, he only needed 5 hours sleep at night. He died at the age of 46.
You will find, in adulthood, THIS is your life.
Coffee in the morning:
The fairy tale of coffee magic is quickly dispelled
Then, at 2:00 in the afternoon, a wave of drowsy hits you so hard, you wished there was such a thing as a 3:00 am to 11:00am shift,
…and it always seems to hit hardest in the middle of a meeting at work.
And at night?
It’s 7 in the morning. Hopefully, I’ll be awake again by 10.
If I’m not up until 10 at night, I have a bigger problem than insomnia.

I need at least 9h and no one seems to understand… Even if I tell them sleep is the key to good health and immortality.
