Almost Wordless Wednesday : Zen cat
Tomorrow it is supposed to be 87F in North Florida…perfect walking weather.
That’s when I Zen out.
Other Brother Coon Cat has his own version of a Zen moment.
What will my cat be doing today — the same thing he does EVERY day — try to take over my desk.
OBCC loves meditation music. He sits with his back to the speakers as if they’re purring on him. When I turn off the music, he’ll bat at my hand. Or nuzzle my hand, or step all over the keyboard in strange and mysterious ways… or do THIS with his 20 pound cat body:
My desk would be so lonely without him.

His brother, Coon Cat, passed away a few months ago. He relied on his brother to tell him when it was time to eat and what to do. He sticks to me like he used to stick to his brother.

I think it’s supposed to be 90 here today. Summer is definitely in full swing.
