Moods and seasons change,
summer escapes into fall
waiting for re-birth.
Cuddles on cold winter days,
abandoned for springtime play.
Nice tanka showing the joy’s of the seasons through the eyes of two very spoilt cats.
The love of your animals shows through your writing, I enjoy reading it.

Oh, I love that time of year. Jamima started to really want to be a lap cat! It was almost like she wasn’t covered in fur. Missing Meimi……..(my nickname for Jamima)Cheers,H

As me-oriented as cats are, we still find humor in their ways. I think it’s the purrs that helps us forget their in-your-face selfishness. 🙂
