There’s a burn ban on.

That was fine when the temperature hit 96 last month and Florida was beginning to burst into flames.

It’s presently 71F, the skies are crying, and the humidity is 100%.   I awoke at 3 in the morning feeling as if someone had wrapped me inside a cold, wet, blanket.

Not that I haven’t been called a cold, wet blanket before.  Weather Whether or not that’s true isn’t the topic of this mini-rant.

Our weather forecast for the next 2 weeks can be summed up in one word:  Rain.

The highest temperature for the next week is 86.  In June.  In Florida.

I’ve stopped praying for rain and started begging for atmospheric sanity.
