Fractured facts
The things one finds on Facebook and Twitter!
A look at how mothers and daughters resemble each other made me laugh. From my personal experience, that might happen 50% of the time. If you think I’m pulling that piece of tapeworm trivia out of my derrière, here’s the proof:
This is my mother at age 33 and me at 17. She was 3 inches taller than me, but you can see the resemblance.
This is my daughter at 25. She was 6 inches taller and a whole lot prettier:
I rest my case.
Oh, stop it! Yes, your daughter is very pretty but your look great too!!! 🙂

She’s one of those people who can walk into a room and light it up if she’s happy, or depress the heck out of everyone when she isn’t. I just love her personality. 🙂

That’s so cool when you really LIKE your own kids. If you get what I mean. 🙂

I just realized that I sound as if I don’t “like” my kids! lol That’s not what I meant at all. I was inferring that many parents/mothers don’t necessarily really “like” and enjoy the company of their kids as people. They stay in the parent role forever. I’m like you. 🙂
