Writer’s epitaph

From: quotehd.com
When I die
no one will see
the books unborn
inside of me.
The infant pages
needing flow,
in drafted form
will never grow,
and books awaiting
editing,
in boxes languish
eyes unseen.
If nothing else
their fate is tied
to why I still
refuse to die.
You go, girl!

I’m finding it’s the reason a lot of writers refuse to die. 🙂

Right-on! I feel the same. Writing gives me a reason to keep waking up each morning! 😊

We writers have to be strong to keep going day after day despite what other people say, and the threat that our words will never see the light of day if we go away.

Some days it all just comes out that way, I suppose you could call it digital diarrhea. -)

If that’s diarrhea, can you recommend a laxative! 🙂

To me, retirement means not having to get paid to write.

Writing is therapy, satisfaction and fullness in and of itself. 🙂
