Half blind
What is it like to be half blind?
Seeing through the latticework
and taking the time to make
it become a whole picture.
.
What’s it like to read half blind?
Putting pieces together
and using a text reader
as often as possible.
.
How do I feel about it?
Thankful to have any sight
to witness the colors of
sunset, sunrise and clear skies.
….and as we have discussed before, you and I have more than a great percentage of the population. AND we have friends and family willing to assist….and are not homeless, friendless, and at the mercy of people that don’t know or understand us. I didn’t mean a lecture here, only the thoughts that came to mind when viewing this. I have to keep pulling my bootstraps up, and this blog reminds me that I am in better shape that many others. Beautiful job, sis. Keep it up, many of us need to realize that the cup is half FULL.

Thanks. 🙂
Due to several reasons, I have holes in my visual field. On bad days, letters look like tiny pieces of uncooked spaghetti sprawled on the page. Text readers are a great invention!

Wonder what it would be like if you went to Holland and engulfed yourself in all those spectacular flowers … 🙂

I have 4 O’clocks planted in the front yard. I love to walk out the door, put my nose to a flower and inhale the scent. It’s one of my favorite things to do. 🙂
