Love’s Embrace
Love needs only you
open to embrace your life.
Love wants nothing more.
I re-read what I wrote for this picture and thought about how well the simplest of words speak to my heart so clearly. I was compelled to share the joy again.
Love this. 🙂

Thanks, Melinda. I have a camera that doesn’t shoot right away. Sometimes I get the tail end of the dog, other times I get emeralds of beauty like the picture above. The poem came from the picture.

Other Brother Coon Cat has the longest tail I’ve ever seen. It makes that S curve when he’s showing affection and he loves rubbing on the dogs. The poem came pouring out just by looking at the picture. 🙂

I was thinking about what I wish for the new year. The puppy in this picture passed away from cancer last year. She was my heart and I miss her terribly. The cat in this picture is presently sleeping on a pad on his half of my desk Everything I wish for myself, and for the world, is expressed in this haiku.

They are both beautiful. Sorry for your loss.

Chelsea was indeed beautiful. When she was in the room, she had a way of draining all the anger out of it, and filling it with love. I miss her countenance. Thanks for your kind words. 🙂
